All AGES.This program that will focus on providing instruction and expertise needed to optimize skating techniques and develop maximum speed, acceleration, power and efficiency. This program geared towards striving for excellence. Our goal will be to provide them with an opportunity to enhance their fundamental skills by challenging them in a demanding camp that provides the players with the critical skills required in the game of hockey.

Power Skating Focus:

-First Step Speed -Edge Control -Quickness

-Stride Efficiency -Stopping, Crossovers -Advanced Technique Training

-Power, Speed, & Agility -Explosive Skating Moves -Overspeed Training

Shooting Focus:

-Puck Control & Protection -Shooting In Stride -Quickness

-Shooting Mechanics -One Timers -Stationary Shooting

-Deflections -Quick Release -Deking (Break Away)
