Description

This program will focus on providing instruction and expertise needed to optimize skating techniques and develop maximum speed, acceleration, power and efficiency. Beneficial to ages 4+ who are geared towards striving for excellence. Our goal will be to provide them with an opportunity to enhance their fundamental skills by challenging them in a demanding camp that provides the players with the critical skills required in the game of hockey.

Power Skating Focus:

-First Step Speed -Edge Control -Quickness

-Stride Efficiency -Stopping, Crossovers -Advanced Technique Training

-Power, Speed, & Agility -Explosive Skating Moves -Overspeed Training

Shooting Focus:

-Puck Control & Protection -Shooting In Stride -Quickness

-Shooting Mechanics -One Timers -Stationary Shooting

-Deflections -Quick Release -Deking (Break Away)
