With mixed feelings, we would like to announce that long time friend and Blizzard family member, Deidre Patey, has decided to move on from Blizzard Hockey as our Head Administrator. We feel a great deal of sadness to see Deidre go, but also wish her the utmost happiness and success on her next chapter in life, wherever it may lead her. Diedre first joined our Blizzard Family over 10 years ago, and has grown to be a staple for Blizzard Hockey and a valuable member of our team. She was always hard working, dedicated, conscientious, and brought many new and creative ideas to our world of hockey. She was not just an employee but a great friend and like family to us, a true “Hockey Mom”. Her outgoing, friendly, fun loving personality helped create a positive environment to work in on a professional and personal level. Her contributions to Blizzard Hockey have been a huge benefit to our organization, and undeniably, she will be missed. We have no doubt that wherever Deidre takes her career, she will continue to prove herself an asset to that organization, and this is definitely our loss. So, THANK YOU, for everything you have done for us over the past 10 years, and know that you are loved by us all. We cannot put our sincere gratitude in words to truly explain how influential you have been and the difference you have made. Our time with you was wonderful, and you have left us with many fond memories to cherish for years to come. We wish you the very best of luck and the greatest success in all your future endeavours Deidre. You will bring laughter and joy with you on your next adventure, that we are sure of!
