Blizzard Hockey will be celebrating its 35th Anniversary in 2025!
That is 35 years of delivering professional hockey instruction at the grassroots level throughout Newfoundland & Labrador. Each one of our programs enable players to strive and reach their maximum potential in a fun filled environment.
Blizzard Hockey is led by Jack Lee who brings over thirty-five years of hockey expertise to the boys and girls of Newfoundland and Labrador. Jack, along with his sons Michael and Mark, have assembled a roster of seasoned instructors who are committed to having quality programs customized to the player�s individual needs.
Cancellation & Credit Policy (Updated Aug 29, 2025)
Blizzard Hockey understands that circumstances can change. To ensure fairness and clarity, our policy is as follows:
- Refund Requests: Monetary refunds are only considered in extenuating circumstances and remain at the discretion of Blizzard Hockey. Refund requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the program start date. Requests made after this time will only be eligible for an in-house credit.
-Illness or Injury: Players who can no longer attend due to illness or injury will receive an in-house credit toward a future program.
-Rescheduled Programs: If a program must be rescheduled due to circumstances outside of our control (such as weather events, wildfires, natural disasters, or facility closures), refunds will not be issued. An in-house credit will be applied to the player’s account and can be used for any future Blizzard Hockey program.
- Cancelled Programs: If a program is cancelled outright by Blizzard Hockey, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Credits:
-Paid Credits: Credits that are purchased (such as gift certificates) or issued as a result of a cancelled camp or other paid program do not expire.
-Courtesy Credits: Credits provided as a courtesy (such as giveaways, goodwill, or customer service accommodations) are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- All credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
- Credits are not applicable to Travel Team programs.
- Payment Processing Fees: All credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as these are charged by a third-party provider at the time of payment.

BLIZZARD CUP - Refund Policy
When the team's submission has been approved and successfully received a placement in this year's tournament. Payment is due upon the receipt of this email and must be completed within 48 hours.

Fees are non-refundable. If Blizzard Hockey must cancel a registration due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the payment back to the same method of payment that was used at the time of registration.
